Sturgeon : Fish Of Luxury Food Caviar

"Sturgeon are distinctly and immediately recognizable for their elongated bodies, flattened rostra, distinctive scutes and barbels, and elongated upper tail lobes."

There are about 14 species of sturgeon in the caviar trade and
there is a conservation of the scientists who aim to help the sturgeon population in the world, namely: World Sturgeon Conservation Society (WSCS), founded in 2003 with the President Harald Rosenthal, a fisheries scientist and German hydrobiologist, born on June 9, 1937 in Berlin.

The question is.... what's so special from this fish? The answer is that this fish produces golden eggs or the luxury food caviar.
